Weird slowwww tummy

oh please help!

my missus and i have just come off a 6 day fast. up to day 3 we were both doing fine. after day 6, my system is really lots cleaner, and i'm slowly starting on fruit juice and "baby food" again today.
my missus though, hasn't eliminated anything through her bowels since day 3, even though we've been doing the salt water flush, which theoretically (well, and in MY case) worked wonders to just rinse the system.
now at day 6, she's swollen, and her system is just not complying.
she's always been having problems with her bowels, and the only stuff that gets it cooperative is pawpaw, coffee, loads of garlic and beetroot.
can anyone let me in on what the condition may be called?
and more importantly, what to do about it.
we would really like to go raw, but even a diet of salads or lots of roughage blocks her up immediately.
exercise doesn't make a difference (i do 10 minutes on the treadmil and have to run, but she has no effect from it).
we've tried wheatgrass, that also does nuthing.

please help?

just an idea

if she knows those things mentioned will help, add them into her daily diet. add some crushed garlic to a raw salad dressing. These things can be used in meals through out the day and keep her regular, but also the salt in saltwater flushes might be making her retain fluid instead of releasing it. she may have a sensitivity to salt. it's hard to say. Going raw may be just what she needs, too though. Years of cooked and processed foods may have just bungled her system a little and time on real food may fix it.

Getting Dangerous

The situation with your misses is getting DANGEROUS. Take her to a doctor NOW and do what you can to get things moving out.

Maybe she can't do raw food, maybe she can't do a detox - not everyone can, and in fact it's completely not advisable for some people with certain health conditions to do at all - and it sounds like your wife is one of them.

I am not a doctor or a nutritionist, but it sounds like your wife needs one to help understand what is going on. If she has a physical condition, an allergy, or something you both need to know what that is so she can have a healthy life.

But get this taken care of NOW and get her off the detox!! This is not a good situation at all!!
