RawFoodgrl I don't like the word "cheating" either, it's not a sin to eat something that's not raw.
I do find it easier to stay raw if I'm already all raw, or 100% except maybe some kind of non-raw condiment. My weakness seeps in when I eat something cooked, like rice & steamed veggies, something like that. A little tamari sauce or some nutritional yeast or agave nectar doesn't really make me have cooked cravings.
If you aren't eating enough, that could be another trigger. Many people new to raw think that they can get by with just a couple pieces of fruit for a meal, it's just not filling enough, leaving room for hunger & cravings.
Well I know this thread is a year old but maybe some of the ideas and responses in here will be helpful if someone happens on this thread.
