Feeling pretty sick

I think that I may be starting to detox. I knew that it would happen sooner or later, but I feel more like I have a fever or something.

Just yesterday morning I woke up with a pretty splitting headache. I also had a cough and sneezing/runny nose symptoms. I hardly ate anything all day, and tried to get a lot of rest. Later in the evening I took my temp. and it was 101. I made myself some peppermint tea hoping that would clear some things up, but it only made me feel a little bit better. I then ate an orange and a salad with carrots broccoli and kale. I also have some really sore back muscles.

I think leading up to feeling sick I was eating more sugars than I had been over the past couple weeks. I had also made a raw soup the night before and I can't even look at it without feeling sick, which is strange because I enjoyed eating it.

Today I feel somewhat better, but I still sneeze every now and then, and it really hurts my head when I sneeze. My back is also still pretty sore, but I think the fever is gone.

Does any of this sound like detox, or is it possible that I may have just contacted some virus or the flu or something like that? Also, should I be worried about any of these symptoms being contagious? Any feedback would be appreciated.
