Detox

I am reaching the end of my first detox, I decided to try to eat as much raw, organic, fresh, cooked vegys as possible while detoxing, along with cuting out dairy, eggs, preservatives. My problem is that I am training three hours a day in MMA soon to be more, I don't think Im geting enough protein, to do anything positive for my body. Can someone please forward me to a link about RAW protein especialy one that relates to athletes.

I would suggest taking spirulina and blue green alage. They are easily abosorbed. You can look up Hawaiian spirulina. Also soaking nuts such as almonds is very good and sprouted mung beans.
