Detox
I am reaching the end of my first detox, I decided to try to eat as much raw, organic, fresh, cooked vegys as possible while detoxing, along with cuting out dairy, eggs, preservatives. My problem is that I am training three hours a day in MMA soon to be more, I don't think Im geting enough protein, to do anything positive for my body. Can someone please forward me to a link about RAW protein especialy one that relates to athletes.
