Smile What do you do?

Do you do yoga?
What kind?

Martial arts?
What kind?

Pilates, go to the gym, weights, running, crazy dancing for hours?



I do yoga (Iyengar) and want to start karate or something. I need to do more cardio excercise, I'm kinda lazy so I need to work on it.

I go to the gym 2-4 times a week for weight training and cardio, take a qigong class every Monday night and do it at home as well, ride a bike, walk, use the balance ball and getting some Indian Clubs soon.

yoga (hatha) not often enough...
walk a lot with my toddler...
hike in the woods as much as possible.
interested in many exercises, but not the gym!

-rebounding (really easy, really fun)

-take nature walks with my 4-year old son and 2-year old daughter (we live on 10 acres, so we can walk for an hour and never have to leave home!)

I wish I had somewhere close and nice to go walking alot. That's really nice that you can. I could, but it would be in traffic lol and not possible in the summer at 115`!!! One day...

I do push-ups. I also lift weights, run a little, and some yoga. I want to be consistent and do my work out everyday but sometimes, I just don't have time.

I go to the gym almost everyday and do 45 on the elliptical and some weight training for legs and arms and also sit ups.

I meditate everyday for at least 5 minutes and do at least 10 minutes of yoga! I also take a weekly yoga class. I also like riding my bike!

I usually work out an average of 4 times a week. Weight lifting followed by cardio. Remember the best time to do cardio, if you're looking to lose weight, is early in the morning before you eat anything or right after your workout.

I lift weights and divide different zones into six days a week. I don't do cardio because it makes me a skinnier vata. I really really want to learn and practice kundalini yoga, but am a bit worried about an accidental imbalance that it might cause.
