Hi, I do not know how much raw you are eating but this might help-- I eat raw food until the evening every day, just raw, nothing cooked -- fruit, salads, nuts, soaked oats and raisins, raw houmous, check out the rawfood recipes on this website. ofcourse the more raw the better and somedays I'm 100% raw, occasionally a week. But other days I have a healthy cooked meal. Do not eat raw food on top of cooked because it ferments and causes all sorts of problems. Allow 2 hours atleast before going to bed without eating, (have an apple or something really little if you want) or it sits in your digestive system all night. and are you really hungry or perhaps thirsty? I hope some of this helps.
