I'm looking for this recipe:

Sprouted Falafel Bowl
Live tahini dressing over a bed of fresh lettuce leaves, toped with tomatoes, onions, olives, avocadoes, and our famous almond falafel biscuits, garnished with parsley.

There's a places in Salt Lake City that serves it and it is so amazing that I want to make it for my family. Does anyone have the recipe?
