cauliflower mince meat

| you'll need:
a head of cauliflower, or however much you like...
celtic salt
black pepper
cumin (the cumin is important)
pecans or walnuts (or other nuts, but those work best)
no measurements, just experiment and make sure you add the spices last. don't skip the cumin! i usually use about a 3:1 ratio of cauliflower to nuts. process em until they make a nice "meaty" texture in your food processor, then add your cumin (usually about a half a teaspoon or more), salt, and black pepper to taste.
i like to serve this wrapped in a lettuce leaf with tomato and avocado, with a green salad on the side. or you can use it to dip with something.
to make it pretty, as all raw food should be i think (to help entice cooked foodists and make the meal even MORE enjoyable), serve on a pretty plate with edible flowers decorating it.
tastes best when you're outside and your feet are bare and in the grass.
