Black Bean Mash
My version of a black bean burger

| As with many raw food recipes, experiment with the ingredients to find the quantities that resonate with you! Here is how I made this dish:
Canned Black Beans (mashed with a fork; for 100% raw receipe, soak beans instead of using canned)
Fresh Spinach (chopped)
Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
Fresh Ginger (very small amount sliced finely)
Carrots (chopped)
Green, Red and/or Yellow Peppers (chopped)
Onion (chopped)
Sun-dried Tomatoes (sliced)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Flax Seed Meal (small amount)
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy. Garnish with a few slices of Avocado.
