hey,
I usually just make a raw salsa and pour it over the top of my salad.
my raw salsa:
2 meduium tomatoes
half a medium onion
one lime
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon corriander powder
lots of cilantro leaves
you can add a little chilli powder if you want to.
