Loving Life Pasta Ala-Fredo
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Ala-Fredo Sauce
1 1/2 Cups spiral cut zucchini
1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Dash of Herbamare
1 Cup hot water (do not exceed 117 degrees)
Ala Fredo Sauce:
3 1/2 cups of cashews soaked 6-8 hours
2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup of Braggs Amino Acids
1/4 cup of lemon juice
5 cloves of garlic crushed
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Method:
Ala-Fredo sauce:: Place all ingredients into blender on medium high until smooth
and creamy. Add slightly more or less almond milk for a thicker or thinner
consistency.
“Noodles”: Put spiral zucchini noodles into a large bowl and cover in hot water.
Let sit 2-4 minutes and drain. Return noodles to bowl and add seasonings and
toss well.
Mix noodles and sauce and serve.
Tip: Nama Shoyu may be used in place of the Braggs Amino’s. A pinch of paprika
makes a nice topping.
