I had been using an American Harvest dehydrater, and got tired of cutting out circles of freezer paper to use when I made flax crackers, etc. Sooo, I ordered a 9 tray Excalibur from RawGuru. I'm enamored with it. It came with Teflex sheets, it's easy to clean, and not any louder than my old dehydrator. Not to mention the tremendous amount of dehydrating space, just in time for the advent of tomato growing season!
