i've read many raw books, i particularly like david wolfe of course. i've even bought books on-line and thru the mail. i don't have any dvd's however. it's important to get a lot of oxygen in my food, hence the choice for produce.

you'll have to forgive quotes from my favorite spiritual book now and then, the urantia book, i enjoy it so. all i need is a plate, a knife and sometimes a spoon and all i have to do is rinse off my dishes, i like it this way, and a cup. i'm in very good condition. thanks for contributing to the raw community with the service that you do christa!
