| for single size:
1 tbs unrefined coconut oil
1 tbs raw cacao
1 tbs of your favorite sweetner (I use Lakanto, which doesn't raise your glycemic index and is used like sugar)
in a double boiler, gently heat ingedients together until the coconut oil melts. It melts at a very low temperature so be careful not to over-heat.
once in liquid form and mixed together, poor onto wax paper placed in a shallow dish, refrigerate, and in about 15 minutes, you have a chocolate bar, which you can break off pieces and gobble up. keep refrigerated for solid texture.
