Hypoglycemia, pounding stomach
I am starting a raw diet after I have tried every other healing regime I could find over 10 years. My biggest health problem is severe reactive hypoglycemia, there are many things I simply cannot eat without having to deal with the effects for at least a week, including hunger pains, emotional instability, inability to concentrate, weakness and fatigue.
I have eaten raw or mostly raw for 2 weeks now and there are days when I felt great but my hypoglycemia is now very bad and I don't know what to eat - i feel at my wits end. I have been eating eggs, cooked and uncooked for some kind of grounding, but even these aren't helping any more. Anybody know if raw food can make hypoglycemia worse?
