Hi!
You really don't have to run out and buy anything- afterall, the main point of the lifestyle is to be closer to nature. No blenders or saladaccos there! But as you grow more accustomed to eating raw you may decide that you want your vegetables to look mor attractive- you might then invest in a saladacco or some kind of special cutlery. It's more for fun than anything (I bought one but I've only used it once!)
You might also decide you want to have fruit and vegetable smoothies or make juices. This could lead you to buy a blender and a juicer. I have a blender and a small citrus juicer (the hand kind). If you begin to get adventurous and want to dehydrate snacks or main dishes, you might invest in a dehydrator.
There may be other tools, like sprouting equipmnent, etc. It all depends on your personal path. I just wouldn't recommend buying stuff before you've really committed yourself to raw and know what direction you're headed in.
