Are the products that are labeled "raw" and are sealed in a jar, sold at the store, really and truly raw? The canning procedure requires a high heat to effectively create the seal. My husband is a hair splitting purist while I would like to just believe the label and take home that jar of "raw" almond butter. Also, can cashews really be raw? Thanks.
