Hi Mandy and welcome! I am fairly new to raw foods, just about
1 1/2 months. I am excited each day to learn more about this way of living. I have had my share of ups and downs but I look forward to when I am consistently eating raw without having to think twice about it because it has so far made a huge difference in how I feel (whoa - long sentence)!!! Don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up! I love what lucky_rainboq wrote in her journal about her goal not necessarily being 100% raw but rather being 100% healthy and happy! I love that!!! You don't want to be raw just to say you're raw - you want to be raw because it's the healthiest thing for your body and when you're healthy, you're happy!! :16a:
