I never thought I would go through detox since I've been vegan for most of my life, but I did. I recently became raw vegan in January and within a month I started detoxing for at least 3 weeks. I went through physical, emotional and spiritual changes.
Everybody is different, don't think about it - continue with what you are doing and just do your best. If you happen to "fall off the wagon", don't beat yourself up over it. The negative energy that comes from it is counterproductive.
