Gonzo for Greens!
As I continue on my raw path, and I coming more and more to appreciate the importance of GREENS in my diet. Lately my favorites are arugula and spinach, which I put in a blender with my fresh-made veggie juice. I love raw soups too!
I used to do the bluegreen algae but ran out a year or two ago and I really miss it.
Would love to hear others favorites, stories, etc. about greens!
