The most important conclusion I've come to is not to stress too much about what is right and what is wrong as far as eating goes.
Don't beat yourself up over indiscretions or the occasional slip ups and stress on what is 'truly' raw and what isn't. Our genetic make up, surely, must've been altered by hundreds of years of eating cooked foods which can't be undone overnite.
Let your inner voice guide you and go with it.
