Hi,
I have been eating raw food exclusively for 2 weeks now. In the last 4 days my kidneys have been really hurting alot, my husband suggested that it is the toxins passing through and need to drink heaps of water to help them flush out.
So my questions are
- is this normal??
- did you experience this when you first started eating raw?
- how long will it last?
- is drinking 4 litres of water a day going to help this pain go away?
any help, any advise is greatly appreciated
