I have a 7 month old son, we both eat only fruit, and he is still nursing. The concerns that I encountered were similar to yours. But, proving your child's health is unnecessary, unless it is you who is uncertain. Bloodtests and exams? I also have felt people's attempts to debate and argue, and am not interested. I have a mental list of resources that I point an interested skeptic to, but all the usual questions: "What about PROTEIN!?" or "Where does the B12 come from!?" .... on and on.. these can be answered in my mind by years of personal development and research, reading reading reading. Often I wanted to explain in detail why an argument is invalid or moot or just ridiculous.. But I feel that unless one finds it out of seeking, the truthful answer will remain untrue to them.

In my opinion,
-a woman ought to pay close attention to her own body's detoxification process while pregnant and breastfeeding
-a child will know what to eat and when to eat if he is allowed to develop this natural instinct. This is why I never puree food or spoon feed, or ask... just observe and provide
