Typically I eat fruits for breakfast, veggies for my lunch and raw nuts or dehydrated fruits for any snacks inbetween. I try to include some fat in at least my lunch meal (avacado, olive oil or raw nuts) since I'm most hungry at that time of day. My lunch is also pretty heavy on the spinach or broccoli simply because those are my favorite foods. I eat much more whole fruits and veggies than juiced or blended (just because it's easier for work).
I still usually eat a cooked dinner with a side of raw veggies, side salad.
I think my dinner is messing with my stomach though. I'm confused about what I should be eating to help my stomach and help the lightheaded feeling go away.
