Hi,
Thank you for the support. This week has been much easier for me. I've adopted the philosophy: "Progress not Perfection" and that helps. I keep visualizing what I want instead. So, not only have I done better with my food choices this week with very minor slip-ups - I lost 4 pounds! I can't believe it......now if that isn't an affirmation to stay on my path I don't know what is.
