Hang in there girl! It's part of the process. You know, without all our slip-ups and such, we wouldn't be able to overcome, now would we? This is your time to overcome now, you've recognized your downfall now you just pick yourself up and do it again.
Try not to feel too guilty, a little guilt/anger is okay, but don't let it rule you, just use it to get back at yourself and get back with the program.
