Hello - I'm new here and don't know much about raw food yet but when I'v done juice fasting in the past I've added pure organic hemp protein - this has not too much fat in it but the fat it does have is good fat & also has a good amount of protein & fibre.
it ttastes not so nice just mixed with water but in a juice its fine.
I can buy it from healthfood shops or online in the UK - I guess you should be able to get it most places? if you have trouble try looking at some online places where they sell the various protein powders that body builders use, they usually have it.
Hope this helps and if I'm really wrong about the hemp protein or theres some reason why it shouldn't be used then I'm sorry & someone please tell me as I'm about to start a juice fast and will probally add a little hemp protein to preserve muscle :-)
