Hi! I'm bornagain. I save my pulp. I put it in a freezer zip lock and freeze it till im ready to use it. I made a wonderful carrot cake out of it raw of course. You can find wonderful recipes on the internet. I used a recipe out of a book called the uncook book by Juliano This book has great recipes. You can get really creative. Have Fun.
