Yes, that is definately detox. Make sure you eat things that you actually like, though. I used to try to down all kinds of horrible raw concoctions, when I should have stuck with lots of fruit, salads, etc. I remember the days of making disgusing rejuvelac (tasted like cheese soda!) and other fermented and sprouted things.
Just eat what you like. If you like bananas and apples, eat those! Dont' go making disgusting concotions that will make you vomit! LOL - you may like them later on though!
