The most comprehensive list I've seen is Dr. Graham's food combining chart.
I don't have time to type it all out, but it's a thorough list of acid fruits, sub-acid fruits, melons and sweet fruits. It is an excellent chart.
Have you ever thought about inquiring on his forum about your intolerance and reaction to sweet fruit? It's on vegsource, then on the Raw & Sports forum. There may be some great advice on there.
