I'll second the recommendations for Rawsome and Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine.
Rainbow Green advocates a pretty restrictive low-glycemic diet, but the information is great, and quite possibly many of us need to follow that diet. However, it may be hard to jump straight into it. On the other side of the coin, lots of people on this forum follow the high fruit 80/10/10 Diet by Dr. Douglas Graham. I haven't read his books, yet.
