Juice fasting is not required to be raw, and being raw can be as simple as making a variety of salads or smoothies.
There are some recipes on this board, and I"m sure there are some on the web - although I mostly use books. I'm a big fan of Rawsome! by Brigitte Mars and Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine by Gabriel Cousens.
They both have information and recipes, talk about sprouting and fasting, and while we've mostly tried and loved RGLFC recipes (haven't had a chance to try Rawsome!), Rawesome has a lot of great information about what vitamins, minerals, protiens, etc. are in different foods.
