So I have a nutrition project with a case study of a woman who is a strict vegetarian. We get bonus points for creativity of the 24 hour meal plan so I figured why not put her on the raw diet.
So I was curious if whole oats could be eaten at all, of course they have been soaking just in cold water for an hour.
