i am a strong believer of the ape diet which includes 60-70% fruit, 20-35% veggies, nuts, and seeds and 5-10% insects and other meat. i choose to start eating insects instead of other meats and fish because i personally feel that they are much healthier and easy to home raise. i want to start eating them raw but not get any parasites and dont know what to do to kill the parasites without cooking them. will freezing them work? for how long and what temperature? since i am not adapted to eating raw insects, i will not be as immune to parasites as the apes are. you are free to give me your opinions and i will respect them and may follow them and forget this whole insect thing and stay vegan.
