I don't believe nuts and seeds are required to be on raw, that there are other raw ways to get the nutrients in those foods.

I also agree that sprouting might be easier.

Just take some nuts, soak them for 8-12 hours in 3 parts filtered water to 1 part nuts, then drain them and let them sit for another 12-24 hours. (I prefer to let them sit for 24 hours.)

Then you can eat them & store them in the fridge.

Try that and see if it makes a difference.

Like Kymberly said, I also have heard about many diseases (including crohn's disease) being cured with a raw food diet - and again, eating pulses, seeds and nuts are not required. There are many other things to eat!
