Hi Caramac, some more options: I soak rolled oats over night in water and they become soft then I grid them in a blender, and add some banana for sweetner. Starting with simple foods is best, that way if any reactions happen (like diaper rash, or other allergy symptom) you'll be able to tell what food caused it. Raw apples in the food processer with blueberries, young coconut meat ground up, green smoothies like kale, and parsley that I sweeten with dates and use a base of sunflower seed milk, or sesame milk. These are some of the things I started with- oh and also lentil sprouts ground with some garlic and miso, for some reason all my babies loved raw garlic. Happy eating, Kymberly
