Hi Elsaraw!

One thing that should help quite a lot is to make yourself a little pillow, the size to fit in your hand or pocket, or even a muslin teabag, filled with herbs or spices of aromas you love. May as well pick some that will be beneficial to you in aromatherapy. There may be some specifically good for "cleaning the air" (even if just under your own nose) of the tobacco smoke. Then you can either openly, discreetly or secretly hold the "pillow" right under your nose every time the smell is bothering you. You could also link a sterling silver or gold chain through some little holes you cut into the pillow or teabag in order to wear it around your neck strategically so that you can bend your head forward chin-to-chest and inhale deeply frequently throughout the day without having to use your hands at all.

Hope that helps!

P.S. I went to a VERY inspiring lecture with David Wolfe today and wrote about it voluminously in the last two blog entries of my blog today, in case anyone would like to check it out (link below). I learned some exceedingly useful and exciting things...!
