You may be or it may be a seasonal thing. The weather here goes from 60 degrees to 10 in one day. It's difficult sometimes to get our body regulated to such extremes. My son has that, right now the weather is more spring-like and his allergies are kicking in but because of eating healthier I am not seeing his asthma symptoms. He was able to practice basketball last night without needing his inhaler. I will be so glad when he is able to be off meds totally. I want him to get even taller and stronger than he now. He and my husband are using Zycam nose spray to keep the allergens from passing through the nasal mucus membranes. I know there has been some media driven controversy with Zycam but I know it's helping them and it's homeopathic.
