Hi there! I'm new to this forum, so first of all hello to everyone out there!
I've been a vegan for 6 years now, and usually eat about 50-70% raw foods. Last week I upped my raw food intake to about 90% and was overwhelmed by the emotions that came up. I felt so low- almost suicidal at a few points (I did suffer from depression a few years ago, so perhaps that was what was coming up). I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to deal with all of these emotions- I had to lower my raw food intake back down to 70% after 5 days because I really couldn't take it.
Any advice would be very, very welcome!
