hey durejakk welcome! sounds like you're on the right path. everything you're doing is great. just one thing about the bread eaten everyday. our bodies aren't made to digest wheat products and this can be very toxic to the body and cause much unneeded stress to the body. so it is better to cut out grains completely from your diet. it makes a huge difference and i bet if you did that you would see a major change in your health for the better.
if you're going to eat bread on a regular basis at least make sure it is made from sprouted whole grains and has no added sugar. one such brand is ezekiel brand bread that you can buy at whole foods stores.
