Hi everyone...Please excuse the interuption as I am jumping in the middle of this thread because the web site looks different and I can't figure out how to post a new thread anymore! Anyway, I have been checking in from time to time but I fell off the raw wagon and have been kind of depressed about my weight and lack of self control. :0( I thought I would post this just to get my feet wet again. I need to experience some success...just a little would do wonders for my self esteem.
