awesome. i think i might try a 3 day mono fast of some kind a few days from now. cause i just drank green smoothies today and well it was nice and it sped up my detox a little bit, but i can definitely tell it's not as fast as i'd like it to be so i think i'll keep drinking mostly green smoothies for a few days until i use up the food that i bought and then i might try some kind of fruit fast for a few days and see how that works out. but anyways thanks for your ideas and the links roadrunner-definitely is giving me some things to think about and thanks for your response too double helix! catch ya on the flip side!--i'm sorry i don't know why i just wrote that ...it just ummm ...came out.
