woooooo exercising!!

i was so tired this morning and cold-it's about 10 degrees below zero here in minnesota with wind chill today. brrrrr. i just didn't feel like doing anything and then i decided i needed to exercise or something to change how i was feeling so i rode my stationary bike for about 20 minutes and i was pedaling at lightening speed. i would usually just stop exercising after that, but i just still had so much energy and wanted to keep going so then i did a 20 minute vinyasa. you'd think i'd want to quit after that but then i decided to do some arm exercises and some crunches. i could've kept going, but i've got stuff to do. so, i didn't. haha that was insane i've never wanted to keep exercising like that and i'v always had problems with endurance since i was very young. i remember in gym class not being able to run long distances like everyone else. i even almost passed out once from trying to keep running with everyone else. so what happened today gives me complete faith in what i'm doing with the raw food diet because i never could have done that before. woooohooo!
