You hit the nail on the head Zikr. We have to look at so much more than diet. Diet is only one facet to health.
People need to ask themselves:
Am I getting enough sleep?
Am I getting enough sun? Or too much?
Enough calories? Or too much?
Enough exercise? Or am I overtaxing myself?
Fresh air?
Spirutual life? Positive outlook? Happiness?
A lot of people think that raw is the answer and end all to all of their health and mental issues, but it certainly is not!
There's always something lacking or too much and it's a constant search to balance one's life, is it not.
