Well hey I'm sure you can get through it! Once you're out of that temporary "mud" -hehe- you'll feel so good and it will give you even more confidence that you can do it again when need be. So keep your head up and don't sink all the way in. You can do it!
By the way I know how you're feeling I'm actually trying to find a new job right now and it's stressin' me out just a tad. When I get that urge to eat from being stressed I just stuff myself with whatever raw food looks good and then I'm ok. And still raw- which is great.
