I am new also. Just started since the 31st. I wanted to start before the new year so I could get a jump on things. I feel great even with a sick child for the past 2 days. I feel fine. I started working out again and in addition to eating well I am eating RAW! I work in a hospital setting and it's amazing to me to see so many ill-looking co-workers. The cafeteria makes so called "healthy" meals but I see so many going for the grill side for burgers, fries and onion rings. I get such an aversion to that now even after a couple of days on this way of eating. I even emphatically turned my nose up at a bite of cheesecake my husband offered and didn't feel deprived in the least.
