Well since you asked my raw food experience started out with a salad from subway with oil and vinagar,the oil and vinagar made all the difference.At this time I was tring to make the switch to mostly organic but that salad was so good I thought I'd go to the book store and look for a book on salads.Thats when I found " the complete book of raw food".Anyway im starting out with fruits and veggies and nuts on their own or in a salad,on my salad I use half tbs olive oil and half tbs apple cider vinagar. When i get bored with them ill start bigger recipes. Id like to here what everyone else is eating to. thanks tim
