DH answered you pretty thoroughly, with good information.... I'll just throw in that when I am in tune to my body, it tells me what I need. Sometimes it takes a little while to really "hear" it, but once you do, you'll know what it needs and doesn't need. And if grazing makes you feel good and healthy and satisfied, keep doing it!
What people who don't eat raw foods don't understand is that no matter what eating pattern you have (grazing, eating mono meals, eating once or twice a day, etc) raw food is giving you exactly what you need. It's sort of like when babies are born and they eat breast milk.... it's exactly what they need, and their bodies tell them when they need more, they cry and we feed them.
