thanks doublehelix, you reassured me that what I was doing was right. my dad was giving me doubts when I didn't need to have any. when I tell people that I'm raw they get all worried and assume I'm not getting enough of something or other in my diet. or even when I used to be only vegan or vegetarian they would get worried too. when they do this it gets a few of my feathers ruffled, but at heart I can just tell that what I'm doing is right because it makes me feel better than I've ever felt in my whole life. but you know everyone once in awhile i need someone that's on the same page as me to say yeah, don't worry, what you're doing is a-okay. so thanks! that's why i'm starting to love this little forum! hope i can do the same for someone else once i become more knowledgeable on the subject!
